On macOS, right-click the .app and choose "Open" the first time to bypass Gatekeeper. On Windows, right-click → "Run as administrator" once to allow firewall access. If the window stays blank, quit and reopen it once. If that doesn't help, send us a message with your operating system version. You can also use the web app at aftermathprem.com/scan in the meantime.
Aftermath Premium takes meshes in STL, OBJ or PLY and raw point clouds in ASC, XYZ, PTS, PCD or PTX. Large files take longer. Results depend on the scan: areas the scanner never captured can be completed, but not with detail that isn't in the data, so adding a few reference photos often helps. If a scan keeps failing or the result looks wrong, use the form above and include the error message if there was one. A run that fails doesn't count against your scans.
Click "Sign in" in the app or on the website, then click "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit reset code. The code expires after 1 hour.
You can change or cancel your plan any time on the manage plan page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you'd rather, send us a message with the topic "Account / billing" and we'll do it for you.
