"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"Software" refers to the Aftermath Premium desktop application and any associated web services, APIs, or deliverables provided under these Terms.
The name AfterMath Premium is a registered trademark. All rights in the name, logo, branding, visual design, underlying algorithms, processing pipeline, and software architecture are owned exclusively by Aftermath Premium and its operators. No license to use any of these assets is granted beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service as intended.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or methodology of the Service. You may not create competing products or services based on, inspired by, or derived from Aftermath Premium's technology, workflow, or user experience without explicit written permission.
Any unauthorized use of the Aftermath Premium trademark — including in domain names, app names, marketing materials, or similar contexts — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active paid subscription (where applicable), Aftermath Premium grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.

Access to certain features of Aftermath Premium requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
By providing payment information and initiating a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days via our support page. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, determine whether a correction is warranted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Aftermath Premium does not warrant that:
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any output generated by the Service before use. Aftermath Premium is a productivity tool and does not replace professional engineering review.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFTERMATH PREMIUM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
In no event shall Aftermath Premium's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Aftermath Premium in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The inclusion of these libraries does not grant you any rights beyond those described in these Terms. The GPL-3.0 license applicable to PyMeshLab does not impose any obligations on end users of Aftermath Premium.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are found to be abusing the Service, or are associated with fraudulent activity.
We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service, including your email address, username, and uploaded scan files (which are processed and not retained beyond the session unless explicitly saved). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. A full Privacy Policy will be published separately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software immediately ceases. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
